@Adam 76Anon Hi there. You need to click on the triangle to open the whole screen. There, you should see a double flag gray icon. Click to open
At the bottom of screen it will say Live Chat. You are in. The other way is click on chat back at the first icon. If it says Top Chat, click it to open choice, choose Live Chat
