BEAVERTON, Ore. – A Beaverton cosmetic surgeon is facing additional charges after more victims came forward accusing him of rape, kidnapping and sexual abuse.

Thursday, 49-year-old Dr. George Allen was indicted on charges of first-degree rape, first-degree unlawful sexual penetration, first-degree kidnapping, two counts of second-degree kidnapping, two counts of first degree sexual-abuse, and seven counts of third-degree sexual abuse.
Allen was arrested and lodged at the Washington County Jail.

Police confirmed the new charges stemmed from more of Allen’s patients coming forward.
Allen was previously arrested on May 3 after two victims told Police Allen sexually assaulted them during treatments at his clinic in Beaverton – on in 2016 and another earlier in 2018.
The woman in the second case called police.
"We had a 2018 case that was involving unwanted sexual touching during a time when one of his clients was going in for a cosmetic procedure, and then we had a 2016 case that we put together with this case, so now we have two victims and we’re hoping that more come forward," said Officer Jeremy Shaw of the Beaverton Police Department.
Allen was released on his own recognizance from jail the same day as his first arrest.
Allen works at Nu U Laser Centers. They have locations in Beaverton and Vancouver.
