Officers say that an undercover ICE agent observed Zachary Stire, 39, of Nutter Fort on a publicly available peer-to-peer network with 5 files of interest in child pornography.

Officers were able to obtain the IP address belong to Stire, and found that the 5 files contained 2,025 images of child pornographic videos.
