We are stuck with BLM stirring up trouble downtown
Thirteen people have been arrested at a Black Lives Matter rally in Rochester Saturday night according to the Rochester Police Department.
The arrests come after police gave dispersal warning to approximately 20 protesters that seated themselves in the intersection of South Clinton Avenue and Woodbury Street.
At this time, 13 people have been arrested. The arrests are occurring without incident. A few protestors remain locked arm in arm seated in the intersection of Woodbury Street. and South Clinton Avenue with few protestors remaining in the intersection.
Police could be seen standing around the seated protesters in riot gear.

An organizer for the event could be heard yelling, "It's important we let people know this area cannot be controlled."
Prior to the arrests organizers shared messages of peace.
