Matcha latte
thank you
yw
i ate a few jarred olives but i do not know what to cook for dinner , this is frustrating
olives have protein
i think next time i food shop i should find meals that require as little prep as possible
What do you have in the refrigerator to eat?
Oh, I definitely agree with you
most of the meals i have require work lol
But not stuff with preservatives, though
no
As little preservatives as possible
Sometimes just some black beans with a little cheese, heated in the microwave
fresh but frozen meats from my local market that is locally raised , and frozen veggies not canned to serve as side dishes
With some (grain-free) chips will do it for me
Sounds good to me (less the meat)
i cooked beans and rice mixed in seasonings that i used for several quick easy meals just to save money on the meats
When I lived alone, that was a frequent meal for me
Now I use "riced" cauliflower instead of the rice
oh never heard of that beforte
And I LOVE my instant pot for making beans
sounds amazing
You just process cauliflower in the food processor, or grate it until it looks like rice
i just go about it the long way around, i just cook dried raw beans in a soup pot for a few hours
Then steam it
Use it like you would rice
oh wow
It doesn't have the starch or carbs
But it also doesn't absorb liquids like rice
So your food could be runny
but will it have all the nutritional value after it has been processed?
Like if you make a stir fry and don't thicken the sauce
By processing, I mean just pulse it in the food processor with the blade until it's fine like rice
Cut it up real fine, that is
ah yes
Or grate it on a food grater
Food processer is faster
