Is there anyone here who can recommend a Business Attorney related to an HVAC company? My husband has cancer and I have lots of questions- I just researched all that I could such that I would not sound dumb as a rock. His children want no part of the business and I have no idea how nor do I have any interest in the business myself. It is a small mom-pop business- sole proprietorship - and I have to think ahead. If I have offended anyone by asking please forgive me. I live in East Tn and he has had this business for 25 years. He has downsized from a muli-million dollar business to a very very small business just enough to pay our bills and live normally. No lavishness for us-he only has one employee and it is not me., LOL! Any guidance to someone who knows this would be greatly appreciated!

Birds of a Feather
People do make mistakes..
But I think everyone deserves a second chance..
We are not the mistakes..

Let us watch that we do not slide imperceptibly to a state where the women do the praying and the men run the churches. Men who do not pray have no right to direct church affairs. We do not here advocate the turning of the churches over to the women, but we do advocate a recognition of proper spiritual qualifications for leadership among the men if they are to continue to decide the direction the churches shall take.
