Is there anyone here who can recommend a Business Attorney related to an HVAC company? My husband has cancer and I have lots of questions- I just researched all that I could such that I would not sound dumb as a rock. His children want no part of the business and I have no idea how nor do I have any interest in the business myself. It is a small mom-pop business- sole proprietorship - and I have to think ahead. If I have offended anyone by asking please forgive me. I live in East Tn and he has had this business for 25 years. He has downsized from a muli-million dollar business to a very very small business just enough to pay our bills and live normally. No lavishness for us-he only has one employee and it is not me., LOL! Any guidance to someone who knows this would be greatly appreciated!

For what it's worth..
I struggle with my faith too..
It's like a barrier I sometimes break through..
But the cost is unbearable..
I want to feel close to God..
I want that connection..
So I hold on tight until the next time I can't hold on anymore..
And then I wait for Him to meet me at my weakest..
While the world judges me for my mistakes and sins..
I wait for Him to tell me unconditionally that it's okay..
And then I wait for Him to create my shattered pieces into another beautiful mosaic..
Because He can..
Because He will..
Because He always has..
He makes new again..
And that is the simple truth of my faith..

But I think everyone deserves a second chance..
