Everyone is entitles to a trial by a jury of their peers. Martial Law, no matter 7/11s Antifa and BLM burn down, does not suspend the constitution. The only way military tribunals can be applied to civilians is if the civilian court system is non-functional (per Supreme Court, some case involving Lincoln after the Civil War). I think the early post suggesting that these groups are being allowed to operate is to bring about military law was misinfo to cause Soros to hold his hounds at bay. To put these people in front of a military court they're going to have to write an exception into the 6th/8th amendments.
