Sure. I retired a decade ago, Naturopath. Our health system is backward.
In China...(old)...you pay your doctor every month you are WELL. If you are sick, Doctor has not kept you well and does not get paid again UNTIL you are WELL.
The MOTIVATION there is HEALTH.

It was. It's changed in cities, modernized. That was when doctor was paid in eggs, grain, rice, firewood, etc
