Was there ever a humanitarian reason for HAARP and Chemtrails such as reducing the intensity and direction of disasters or has it always been about controlling and reducing the population through manipulation of the environment, building elite underground bunkers, and getting rich in the process? If we destroyed those bunkers would the elites be more conducive towards protecting our environment? 🙂
