Prepare yourselves mentally for the reality that we may have to gun down these people. Prepare yourselves mentally for the reality they may end up in piles of dead bodies all over your TV.

you went into the Voice setting I assume, on the lappy?

and with phone you tap the icon for the room and you can mute your mic by tapping that, too

Oh yes, Ican use voice on my laptop usually, but for some reason today I get a message that the channel requires oush to talk and won't let me use voice,but my laptop won't download what is needed to do that.

You shouldn't need to dl anything. Are you using browser or desktop application?
