@Chirpin Cricket It must be something easy to fix. Perhaps the new headset is either not turned on or a setting is not set right...

If your son is a gamer, he'll be able to tell you how to turn on the mic

It will not let me unmute & when I go to settings, it tells me to download. I think I am hosed! 😦

Check your mic hook-ups and also look at the mic icon next to your name on discord and make sure it is clicked on.
