hello for some reason i ended up with 2 accounts under same name and email address. 1xland2xsea #8387 and one that starts with a #9. One i have moved rank on and the other i don't think i have. Can you help me with this, I don't know how it could have happened. Thank You

@1xLand2xSea that is a common issue for people who use discord in their browser.

download the discord app and use that instead. should resolve it.

@Deleted User, when i log on from app it takes me to the 1xland2xsea that shows me no rank, do I have to start over again? I can't seem to find the other one.

The one I can't seem to log onto had conversations with Roxy and a dm to deb bee.

i have also noticed that when I type in my name 1xland2xsea in the search it comes up with 3, all with a different #, how can I elminate the ones i don't use

@1xLand2xSea the ranking is automated based on posts into any of these text channels.

when you registed your account with discord they sent you an email. make sure you clicked the link in that email to verify the discord account.

the other accounts do not have that verification done, and wont unless they are given a different email address. if that is not done they will end up deleted in time, discord purges non verified accounts after something like a month or so.

i dont think there is any way to get back into an account that doesnt have an email tied to it. so the one you log into in the discordAPP should be the one you verified your email with, should be the account that will remain active and not be deleted by discord in time.
