@Nely usually someone checks on the help desk thru out the day. However you can contact mods.. or check in PSB voice or PSB text only someone in there maybe able to help. @tattered flag @Socrates @imig all will help if you add their name to your question or text

what link? part of my confusion is that i joined the group but the only options i see are welcome, rulesoftheroad, help and prescreening .... dont see all the groups like the tutorial vid shows

Okay that is because you have to agree to the rules before more of the main menu is available to you
