just because someone is upset doesn't make it disturbing the peace
its one of those catch-alls
For example, if you're giving the cop attitude and not really doing anything else wrong
i'm guessing as long as you dont have a rifle over your shoulder, you wont have any problem with civilians

If a federal court says one state can't limit carrying, then it applies to all states as though it were federal law.
