@Victor Von Doom Generally today its much better, it seems to be something to od with anxiety. Severe panic just crawling under my skin, comes about when the days are the shortest and I can fully imagine not existing as delusional as that is when my research says otherwise. Its not thanatophobia but moreso it seems to be some sort of panic disorder.
It should be noted ive been around death more than the average person, the amount of human bodies nad body parts ive held is absurd. But i never had an issue with it until last year.
And I do excercise a lot. decently fit fellow trying to get myself a 4 pack because my body type will forever withhold from me a proper 6 pack. (It might have something to do with sleep deprivation idk, im gonna get psychological counseling in twoish weeks)

First sleep more, though not excessively. This will fix your sleep deprivation and possibly aid you, very least making other methods of help more effective.
The phycological counselling is a very wise choice. I have never had it but my brother has and it is very helpful from what I have heard. Due to my lack of knowledge on your exact problem I can only provide general tips. The counsellor should be able to do more than any random discord user would.
Get more sun and fresh air if possible
