Infants as in a child under twenty four months of age go to heaven. I would also say it is fair to guess toddlers would also depending on brain development to age 3-5.

I think anyone under 8 is exempt from sin and immediately go to heaven, kids are innocent. Around 8 you begin to make decisions for yourself and thus could be held accountable for wrongdoings.

I have no idea. Before I was 8 I knew right from wrong and still consciously chose to do wrong
