I know this wasn't the question but I would rather our budget to go to improving the country itself. like it's meant to. Like better funding for civil services, healthcare options and improving the roads and schools.

Well it's like, if you invest in health care, the sector may make better advancements, because they don't need to worry about making money all the time.
