Its not hard to make a bomg that blows up from carrying it, or bumbping around, as mentioned before speed bumbs stop terrorist attacks by causign the bomb to detonate early.

While you might know people like that, there's plenty of other types of mental illness, often more impulsive and violent

I still think its a false flag, its just too perfect, the timing and all, the execution, the fact that there were no losses of high end persons that there was not one succesful detonation. He didnt personally involve himself either directly to ensure his plan would succeed, somethign that is typical of an actual attack, assasinations etc. A legitimate usualyl attempt makes sure the plan works at least in one step. Much like say boston bombings.
