@SilverLining ITs literally a mental illness, the worst treatment is to fulfill a persons delusion. That is the one thing you do not do to a mentally ill person, epecially when it means castration, or mutilation. How is it any different than thinking "I was suppsoed to be born blind" its literally the same thing. It is a similar delusion and causes similar issues
