Really doubt it will kill anymore than it already has. It's a lot of gas, but it's not going to be stronger. A huge amount spread over a huge area. They've been shooting this stuff already and no one has died. It's a last resort they are making known likely to scare people into compliance. But I doubt any or very many will die from it if it's used.
