so taking these low IQ migrants is similar to taking people with low muscular potential and forcing them into a bodybuilding competition that decides their entire life

I would require people to hit a certain level on the SAT because it would both screen foreign language and it correlates highly with IQ for people who do speak english

SAT is a good IQ test

it’s also an established test

correlates very well

the issue is you can study for it

so that's really what skews it
