from what i understand, all agnostics would be negative atheists, but not all negative atheists would be agnostics (or not all of them would make the assertion that existence of a God is unknowable or currently unknown by humanity)

It’s two different questions. I’m an atheist, which means I don’t BELIEVE in god. I’m also an agnostic which means I don’t KNOW if there is one or not. One asks what you believe and the other asks what you know. Or at least what you think you know lol
