Hot take: Races and ethnicities aren't really that united whatsoever, so establishing a "homeland" wouldn't really help much

Base it on ethno-cultural and linguistic lines and well the jobs mostly done from there.

But again, there's the question of "how would it be better?" which simply has no answer

What about those of an ethnicity which speak a different language? I've got primarily Danish blood, but speak English

it would be better going down the road of multi-racialism, it's not exactly working out well in America, and racial tensions are only getting worse

whether or not it is perfect is a different question

I don't understand how this day in age you can think racial tensions can be mended
