Hot take: No races or ethnicities should inherently be persecuted
Who is calling for persecution?
What is persecution?
Double hot take: each race and ethnicity deserve a homeland of their own
^
Other than Hitler and Mussolini, most fascists were isolationist tbh
Hot take: Races and ethnicities aren't really that united whatsoever, so establishing a "homeland" wouldn't really help much
wheras all communists are generally expansionist
socialists in general tbh
Hot take (x?): It'd be impossible logistically to fairly establish strict homelands anyways
...not really.
Emphasis on fairly.
Base it on ethno-cultural and linguistic lines and well the jobs mostly done from there.
But again, there's the question of "how would it be better?" which simply has no answer
Alright, who gets what land?
Are we going by regional majorities? Are we going to have HRE-tier borders?
The land they inhabit or recently inhabited.
What about those of an ethnicity which speak a different language? I've got primarily Danish blood, but speak English
I don't identify as Danish at all
Alright, so currently inhabiting
it would be better going down the road of multi-racialism, it's not exactly working out well in America, and racial tensions are only getting worse
whether or not it is perfect is a different question
"If it's broken, snap it in half" versus "If it's broken, try to mend it"
I don't understand how this day in age you can think racial tensions can be mended
snapping it in half requires more commitment honestly
t. some white dude in 60s America
It all traces back to economics
Time and programs
primarily educational... Of course, we also need to encourage community policing over a centralized institution, and rid ourselves of a private prison system
Things still apparently aren't that great for blacks, so
All of which trace back to economics, mind you - crime and poverty is heavily linked
and that was how many decades ago
Certainly better than a few decades ago
apparently not what they think
Things were quite terrible for LGBTQ+ people a few decades ago
they're better now, but there's still work to be done
If one seeks equality
Let me just go along with this example even though I dont support LGBT rights
Did things not get much better for them in a much shorter period of time?
That's another issue tbh
than for blacks in a longer period of time?
I'd say so
