However, the AR-15 was shooting smaller groups than the AK-47 and the largest group out of the AR-15 was smaller than the largest group out of the AK-47. That gives the AR-15 better average accuracy than the AK-47. However the AR-15 used did not have a free float barrel. If this AR-15 had a free float barrel, it would have been much more accurate.

and generally the issue of jamming is due to parts and how tight they are ie tolerance

the AR deals with this by essentially trying to be waterproof
