everything our military does requires either a carbine or a long range rifle, the SCAR tried to be both and ended up being good for neither
I like that the MSBS is simply a new platform much like the M series Ar platform or AK platform
basically they are making a long range version
and since the parts are easily interchangable you can jus send a bunch of parts to the front line and you can change the gun in moments
