Lol, it has to be done in a subtle way for sure. I've had a lot of success by telling them "Focus on your mission, don't get too caught up in this red pill stuff. In fact, you're probably better off just focusing on the real world and your big-picture goals. Above all, be a decent human being."
Self-improvement is a big theme of the red pill, so if you can mention "get off the red pill" without outright saying it, they're very receptive
What's also very useful is asking open-ended questions that gives them a taste of their own medicine. For example, there was once a question, "should I flirt with girls to keep up my game even though I have a girlfriend?" My response, which was received very well, was "How would you like it if you're girlfriend flirted with other guys right now? Focus on your new life with your girlfriend and your grand mission in life."
