Private property of the means of production wasn't abolished
That doesn't mean it's capitalism.
prussian socialism =/= capitalism
Why not?
Private property = capitalism
...
here we see the subversive communist attempting to degenerate the use of language to put himself on a pedestal
no private property existing is a mere symptom of capitalism
a system where you own a house but payu 99% income tax is not capitalism
Nope, it's the base of capitalist mode of production
Taxes dont matter
this guy
Capitalists believe it is good for a nation to have a people whose goal in life is to make money.
what is your definitive understanding of capitalism, tankie?
This guy is so far left he literally thinks if you believe in private property you're a capitalist.
Because it's true
I'm a corporatist and a distributist.
So?
@Advocatus Diaboli define capitalism
i'll humor you
i dont see your definitions as being wholly correct
Capitalism is an economic system with private property of the means of production where wage labour is used to produce goods and services
define private property then because no system today has total private property
using your definition only anarcho-capitalism abides
your understanding of capitalism is a system that has any private property at all
which is completely untrue
and has never been treated as such by anyone except for marx and his followers.
Private property is a right of individual to manage things he owns in a way he considers the most beneficial
@Advocatus Diaboli ok, so then by your definition of capitalism there is no system in the world that is capitalistic. Because every system has **some** public ownership
again, if your definition of capitalism is that there just **is** private ownership at all, then I do not accept your definition and think it is ludicrous
Please put in mind that personal property =/= private property
Lol wtf
@Advocatus Diaboli and there is public property in every system too, if you want me to abide by your differentiation
natural monopolies, for instance
national railways
fucking streetlights
and roads
sewage systems
Teddy Roosevelt will always be one of my favorite presidents
If there's a single corporation, no matter how small it is, and it's not run by the state nor it's a cooperative, then it's capitalism
