Nazi Germany would have been better off if the Nazi Party and Hitler was less ambitious. You look at most the 30s and the Nazi Party and Hitler had one goal in mind for the most part and that was lifting Germany back up into glory and making a proud people. They succeeded wonderfully at this, but then their expansionist desires exceeded just taking German regions back. That is when things went to shit. The Rhineland, Sudentland and even Austria was fine.
