@Deleted User Women's rights are illegitimate because they're not based on nature or will to power they derive from necessity of breeding in any given society. I became aware of this factor when I read a book on Syria (1). I saw the culture and history of the country, and noticed that the reason women have less rights in the country, (something I previously thought was due to the culture being backwards), is because it is necessary to keep the population increasing. In less developed countries, people die at a higher rate, thus it is necessary to begin increasing the rate at which people are born to compensate for this. This is the entire purpose of civilization (2), as this does not occur in pre-civilization society’s. Civilization was developed to seize the means of reproduction and production, which is why there was communal ownership of both (3). Tribal elders have control in either scenario (4); All relations are decided on a village level, this is because women are a commodity, representing reproduction, much like money, ever notice how women were often captured during tribal conquest? This is because women and gender is a social construct that exist due to the human desire to reproduce, which is the primary driving force for almost all human actions.
