It is true that Fascism wouldn't of risen in Italy..

If WW1 hadn't started.

But..

I'd argue that a political system similar to fascism will always evolve.

No matter the circumstances

Just how people are.

We all have different opinions.

And we all have different prospectives on what is right and wrong.

And becuase of the right and wrong is a dynamic system in every one themselves instead of it being a set scale

If Russia went Fascist instead of Communist, we'd of lost WW2.

Because it would be only 3 fronts that the war would occur.

Pacific, Africa, Western Europe.

They'd be able to use human wave tactics to smash us in the Western Front.

And with the lack of demand for Italian soldiers on the Western Front, due to the Russians, the Italians would move a lot of their army to Africa,

and may be able to take us out in Africa.

Pacific depends on if the Russians moved their fleet to the Pacific,

as well as guarding Japanese Islands.

Though that all comes down to if the Japs would allow it, and not see it as an attack on their goals.

Aka: "Oh look, Russia is manning my Islands, they might be taking them."
