Hallandale Beach (the beach area) is like 99% white, mostly russians. When I went there, I only saw 1 black family the rest where white mostly russian.

The Ft. Lauderdale beach has a giant dockyard near it where you can seen them building giant cruise ships

Yeah, I'm also about sourh of the bay itself, takes like an hour to drive to tampa proper. It's a nice place.
