And no it does not.
Only Russia and Greece forbid it, the other Orthodox Churches have never said anything about it. If two churches say something, it doesn;t apply to the whole Orthodox church.

Then the Orientals would have to take a stance since they are not in communication with Eastern Orthodox Churches.
