@FLanon I don't think the Senate picks the judiciary, it's a Senate tradition though that you get the president gets the senator's approval from the state the justice is being appointed from.

It's not a rule, more of just a tradition.

I believe the House is too fluid for us to effectively have control over, the Senate may be where we should put our resources towards.
