It's not about anecdotal evidence

It's about the straight up fact that deriding minority allies is counterproductive

and statistics don't tell you the whole story

that's not the issue, the problem is thinking we should bring in more or thinking we can win over any higher than 40%
not only that, it's useless
winning over 8 more points of the Hispanic vote does nothing
winning over 4 points of the White vote can mean winning an election

That's not a case for shoving non-Whites out, it's a case that we need to prioritize our strength: The White Vote

I don't think we should try to specifically win x% of minorities

but I wouldn't go out of our way to prevent anyone from voting against the Democrats
