It irritated to high heaven the different standards Romney held with Trump than with Obama

Even when he was head to head with Obama he didn't do anything, but attacking Trump was the cool thing to do so he went and attacked

It's like Trump said in one of the debates to Kasich, "You were so nice, then your poll numbers tanked, and that's when you decided to get nasty"

If Romney had dedicated half the energy he spent attacking Trump towards Obama, he would have won the 4 points of the White vote he needed in 2012
