But didn't Trump campaign on being tough on China?
That has was going to get rid of all these job-killing trade deals?
He has, with tarrifs.
And he has gotten rid of the trade deals.
So why would we want to better relations with them
North Korea.
Oh come on, we both know that's not going to go anywhere
Kim has no intention to give up power
That's a lot of black pilling..m
Let's be real here
If you were in Kim's shoes, would you give up the nukes?
In return for Chinese protection?
Probably.
He could become even more of a god for his people by bringing in crap like fridges and actual food, and the media can spin it like he made them.
North Korea becomes a practical Chinese puppet state, nukes are out of the hands of a mad man, families can reunite, less people starve, we can pull some millitary out of South Korea.
Amazing optics and many good things would come.
Why would we want to give China more power in the region
I thought the goal was reunification
The goal is denuclearization.
Reunification isn't feasible.
LOTS of demand for goods like beef, baby formula, anything that isn't poisoned.
We could really help our farmers and food industry in general.
And, help our industry by sending over high quality products that China cannot make.
Lol
You need to get reunification if you want an actual win with this much trading-off.
We at least need more postal protectionism.
Pickup Trucks will become HUGE in China. I guarentee it.
Yeah, we need higher tarriffs.
RT @Robillard: .@WPAIntel poll of #WVSen:
GOP Attorney General @MorriseyWV 46%
Democratic Sen. @JoeManchinWV 44%
11% are undecided
400…
ITS OVER
R + 4 in an R + 40 state.
Actual suicide tier.
BLUE WAVE
With that additude, yeah.
We're kidding.
Great news.
the fuck, we already had this poll
the way he worded that tweet was completely autistic though
He should've stated the benefits of such a deal to the US, like "ZTE will in return invest in American labor in return", something like that. Talking about jobs in China is such a stupid way to go about it.
Although, we do need the Chinese for North Korea. If Kim is going to denuclearize, he needs to have a certainty that he won't end up like Saddam or Gaddafi. China could be that certainty when a treaty is drawn up.
