Vermont is biased
Scott won by too much for it to not be a majority of the GOP
Not true.
Go to VT Sec of State website
And see all the blank ballots for GOP.
The Dems who cross voted had thousands of blank votes for state senate.
That's one country alone.
county*
Pretty much yeah
Literally Blank votes won the most percentage on almost every State Senate / House election
The overwhelming sentiment in my mind is that there's no point having Phil Scott stay in office as a Republican.
He's compromised Republican principles even on issues where Vermont is conservative.
See this.
In Chittenden county alone for State senate there were as many blank votes as those who voted for Scott.
In one fucking county alone.
Add up all the blank votes for every country and you'll have an astonishing number.
If this were a closed primary, Keith Stern would've won.
But there's no use really arguing about it.
I think we'll abstain from endorsing Phil Scott in the general to say the least, much like Dianne Feinstein.
Shawn Moody and Susan Hutchison are actually way better than expected.
So what chance does she realistically have in Vermont?

@Jebber22 (IN-08) Kentucky has been red since 2000.
Not at the state level
The governor, Lt. governor, and Kentucky General assembly are all held by Republicans.
Look dude

if one puts emphasis on Trump's approval rating in a state when it comes to assessing our chances of victory in that state, one also has to concede that the Democratic incumbents' approvals also matter
That’s our voter registration numbers but it’s going to be hard to keep it red at the state level
keep in mind that approval polls can still be off
I wish we could win all of those Dems in red states
@Jebber22 (IN-08) Kentucky has gone Republican since 2000, I doubt the Republicans will lose control over it.
You guys are making it sound like Jebber is claiming Kentucky will go blue.
It won't and he said as much.
