for the middle class it is a split between the want to but won't because of financial reasons and just don't want to

the low class I believe it is certainly economic

mainly because there isn't huge repercussions for getting pregnant accidentally

because the state will pay for your kid essentially if you aren't making much money

if it isn't the driving factor, it is certainly right up there with people just not wanting to
