banned again for 24 hours
you can talk to them tomorrow
anyways
Anyways, yeah, individual quality is much more important in the senate
how many seats do we have to lose in the house realistically
So if you're making memes and whatnot, do so for senate candidates
if anyone wants to entertain NJAnon and Button without having to wait 24 hours , do so in a separate group chat
I would say we should aim to have at least 230 house seats
Although depending on the people we lose, I think we can survive 225 house seats
And at least 54 senate seats
I just hope that everything goes well for us, because if it doesn’t, were fucked
I want a majority bigger than what we got in 2014
democrats only have to flip 24 seats for a house majority
We should *aim* for 60+
Key word is aim
@Earl of Morrrrgantown id be fine with 56
all of those are in clinton districts
We'll get probably 56 or something at best with these cirucmstances
Which is probably good enough
@FLanon Yes. We should aim for 67 Senate Seats
Even if its 10 less, that is great
Florida is leaning more and more towards rick scott
The FL GOP has to pour a lot more in the governor's race
We can survive Bill Nelson again, we're fucked if Gillum becomes governor
With 57 seats, we could repeal Obamacare with a real non skinny bill, we could pass 25 billion for wall funding, we could use the Nuclear option for The Goodlatte bill but in the senate and have up to 7 defections
I think the best hope is that We get a big surprise In October, and all 10 of the Democrats in Red States lose.
@FLanon Can a bill like the Goodlatte bill pass without 60 votes?
And by can I mean is it possible, even if theoretical
Like the leadership doesn't do it
If Trump put their heads in a vice
But he has to get the balls to do something like that in the first place.
Threaten their re-elections, stuff like that
If we get rid of all 10 of those Red State Democrat Senators, and just that, we will be fine
Because it means we will have 61 seats, and everything will be fine
primaries are over, so he can't really do that
waging a civil war against the GOPe is what Bannon tried
After the midterms
sadly that backfired
Well Trump has a lot more power among the GOP electorate than Bannon.
that's still risky. He needs the GOPe incumbents' votes. It's really risky to be so openly antagonistic against congressmen from your own party
