There's a chance that this may have been perpetrated by rogue intelligence, as operation northwoods showed, they're perfectly willing to do this.

I wish some time the lid on all these crooks got blown off, there's a part in me, which may be overly optimistic, that thinks Trump'll do something big in exposing deep state very close to the midterms and that'll cause us to sail to victory or something like that.
