it's not hard to find

2019-04-07 22:46:49 UTC

That's what you do in a properly structured argument

2019-04-07 22:47:14 UTC

How about you discuss the points yourself

2019-04-07 22:47:26 UTC

We are debating, not engaging in a link war.

2019-04-07 22:47:35 UTC

I sent one link

2019-04-07 22:47:47 UTC

After explaining it

2019-04-07 22:48:03 UTC

he didn't seem to believe me so I linked an article with peer reviewed sources

2019-04-07 22:48:27 UTC

That's what you call an explanation?

2019-04-07 22:48:38 UTC

it's not hard to understand

2019-04-07 22:48:41 UTC

hey just a question

2019-04-07 22:48:44 UTC

what's your stance on this

2019-04-07 22:48:50 UTC

"The sun is what drives the climate. Not your car."

2019-04-07 22:49:05 UTC

the sun isn't doing anything

2019-04-07 22:49:08 UTC

Oh ok

2019-04-07 22:49:17 UTC

he didn't believe my statement so I backed it up

2019-04-07 22:49:26 UTC

Citizen is just as guilty btw

2019-04-07 22:49:44 UTC

also who appointed you as debate referee

2019-04-07 22:50:07 UTC

I refuted his points and provided evidence

2019-04-07 22:50:26 UTC

How about you say that over the course of millions of years the sun has been steadily increasing

2019-04-07 22:50:58 UTC

But in the Permian extinction when the sun was much weaker everything was killed thanks to carbon dioxide

2019-04-07 22:51:25 UTC

You can't expect them to check the link every time, especially when they don't know what they are looking for.

2019-04-07 22:51:36 UTC

that's not what happened in the permian

2019-04-07 22:52:13 UTC

Or was it something else? I forgot the name, but there is a period.

2019-04-07 22:52:13 UTC

!mute @Sweeping

2019-04-07 22:52:13 UTC

Sweeping#6287 (302161212630630401) is now muted for '**Unspecified.**', alright? <:THUMBSUP6:403560443345371137>

2019-04-07 22:53:09 UTC

the permian-triassic extinction event was caused by several factors

2019-04-07 22:53:20 UTC

none of them spurred by the sun

2019-04-07 22:53:41 UTC

@void creature boi are you listening to me

2019-04-07 22:53:51 UTC

yes I am

2019-04-07 22:54:05 UTC

My point was the sun was much weaker back then, yet the temp shot up anyway

2019-04-07 22:54:16 UTC

it wasn't weaker back then

2019-04-07 22:54:19 UTC

Why? Greenhouse gases

2019-04-07 22:54:30 UTC

Greenhouse gases did play a part in the permian extinction yes

2019-04-07 22:57:10 UTC

It was weaker back then

2019-04-07 22:57:21 UTC

The sun only gets stronger

2019-04-07 22:57:30 UTC

Give or take sun spots

2019-04-08 21:21:20 UTC

CLIMATE CHANGE IS FAKE

2019-04-09 00:18:44 UTC

It really isnt

2019-04-09 00:51:09 UTC

It is.

2019-04-09 02:14:55 UTC

There is a hole in the ozone layer created by carbon emissions that is over Antarctica currently which traps in heat from the son and continuously melts the fresh water in the glaciers. This not only creates rising sea levels but a major loss of our earths fresh water.

2019-04-09 02:15:03 UTC

Although it is healing, it will take some time.
