We can't even find out how dangerous they even are , or the efficacy. That's all proprietary information. If we had the right to sue we could find out during discovery . The National Vaccine Injury Act was CREATED so that never happens.

2019-02-09 21:29:33 UTC

Drugs companies do to , gues what ,you can sue them

2019-02-09 21:30:12 UTC

yes. if we could find out the dangers from the people that manufacture the vaccines it would be a different story

2019-02-09 21:30:42 UTC

Well, let's think about it. What other product has immunity from suit for the manufacturer?

2019-02-09 21:30:42 UTC

You shouldn't asume those dangers if we could just SUE

2019-02-09 21:31:23 UTC
2019-02-09 21:31:26 UTC

i have no idea

2019-02-09 21:31:28 UTC

none

2019-02-09 21:31:49 UTC

yes the inserts

2019-02-09 21:32:00 UTC

tell a different story

2019-02-09 21:32:20 UTC

well, many companies are going to forced arbitration instead of law suits for employees

2019-02-09 21:34:20 UTC

also, cant sue gun makers for gun crimes.

2019-02-09 21:34:29 UTC

there is nothing wrong with wanting to know all the facts

2019-02-09 21:34:47 UTC

we wouldn't be suing the nurse injecting the vacine either dude ....

2019-02-09 21:34:48 UTC

you can sue a gun maker if gun malfunctions i bet

2019-02-09 21:34:54 UTC

apple is making the arguement it cant be sued for anti-trust violations

2019-02-09 21:35:45 UTC

the forced arbitration thing applies to every company that implements it

2019-02-09 21:36:22 UTC

so, thats a lot bigger then the vaccine thing

2019-02-09 21:38:31 UTC

i don't know what you're talking about

2019-02-09 21:39:58 UTC

How are they gonna do that with consumers ? i'm not signing anything before i buy something in the store ?

2019-02-09 21:40:33 UTC

it has nothing to do with consumers, it has to do with employees

2019-02-09 21:41:01 UTC

companies cant force them into arbitration and not be allowed to sue

2019-02-09 21:41:46 UTC

So companies would be able to make themselves unsueable by their employees ? then just leave not ?

2019-02-09 21:42:23 UTC

yes, they can make themselves unable to be brought to court by an employee

2019-02-09 21:43:16 UTC

That's fucked but i would leave and sue them anyway ,if you're willing to sue your company you shouldn't stay there in the first place

2019-02-09 21:43:34 UTC

most people cant just leave a job

2019-02-09 21:44:38 UTC

also, i dont know how the agreement is worded. so leaving might not matter

2019-02-09 21:45:05 UTC

Many people say that ,but i don't see that to be true as often as it's said. Ofcourse if you buy a house wich will take 40 years to repay ,then i'm sorry but don't complain that you've made yourself a slave of the system

2019-02-09 21:45:29 UTC

i am saying even if you leave you might not be able to sue them

2019-02-09 21:46:09 UTC

Yes ofcourse that's true ,so don't sign the damn thing ,but ofcourse we all know we barely know what we sign in such matters

2019-02-09 21:46:35 UTC

and if you dont sign, you dont get a job. so 🤷 kind sucks

2019-02-09 21:46:39 UTC

kinda

2019-02-09 21:47:24 UTC

Plenty of jobs out there in the world ,the systems wants you to think you need such a deal ,you don't ,but ofcourse you cannot have a pre determined lifestyle

2019-02-09 21:50:36 UTC

Evry1 just does what evry1 else does and than complain they have the same problems evry1 else has. euh duuh

2019-02-09 22:04:56 UTC

Legal discovery will give you all the internal records for the development of the vaccine .

2019-02-09 22:05:55 UTC

Now one is liable for false information on the DTAP information sheet. That's the point.

2019-02-09 22:06:37 UTC

The passage of the law giving manufacturers immunity is a de facto confession that vaccines INJURE people.

2019-02-09 22:07:56 UTC

see Bruesewitz v. Wyeth LlC, 131 S. Ct. 1068 - Supreme Court 2011

2019-02-09 22:14:50 UTC

"For the foregoing reasons, we hold that the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act preempts all design-defect claims against vaccine manufacturers brought by plaintiffs who seek compensation for injury or death caused by vaccine side effects."
