If you can talk yourself out of it the companies would have no problem being sued cuz they would be able to talk themselves out of the sue

DrPeper if they knew what the side effects could be and what it can do to you ,they would not need to be unsueable but rather explain this stuff in court when sued. No1 would sue them anymore for these things cause they know the companies would win ,but that's not the case now is it ?
