Flat Earthers : "Atmospheric obstruction limits how far you can see. Until you get to a higher altitude, then all of the sudden the atmosphere clears so you can see farther"
Or air density?
the higher you yes, your Visibility increases
-- but, from anywhere on earth ...the Horizon will RISE and give you a vanishing point
-- you cant GET High ENOUGH
plus, ...of course the DENSE > atmosphere (& etc)
--but! ..k . ..i'll say one more time, bc this is important, ....you SEE in a "360 degree >>> CIRCLE" 🔍
The horizon will rise?
And just stop you from seeing past a point on a circle?
Actual SUN PATH and perspective rise and set ..
http://prntscr.com/g1g0y2
The ground stops rising eventually, it rises more slowly and slowly until it stops.
Or else we would see land in the sky
3 - 6 miles = horizon ..naked eye
onna clear day
Foggy? ...a quarter mile to 1 mile
understand?..
You can see way further than that
Plus, not how perspective works
ground level?
um ..yes..it does
work like that
what
it
rises
to
ABOUT
eye-level
much like that
Would rising in altitude have the ground rise aswell?
yes -- increases angular view
higher you go, on a flat "plane" ..it extends your view
-- kind like i can see farther in a Tree..than people can on the ground
-- in old Ships ..they had/have "Crow's Nests"
to see _further_ ...
(than the people on the deck, etc) ...
.
The horizon is caused by air density, yet that photo is taken above the atmosphere, meaning the horizon is caused by perspective, yet the horizon drops below eye level.
Which is a contradiction of perspective making the ground rise to eye level.
It never ceases to amaze me how a flat earther can be blatantly proven wrong about something, forget that, and use that same wrong info 3 minutes later
Horizon line is CAUSED by PERSPECTIVE (*when on the Ground .. but ...EXTREME Altitudes ..yes. ..the dense atmosphere contributes SIGNIFICANTLY indeed)
and (on the ground or etc)--with REALLY thick DENSE air/atmophere, like very foggy day..that horizon line will be closer
yes -- THEN it will be becasue of "air-density" etc
Except the horizon line drops below eye level.
look
I actually found the end of the earth
who actually believes the earth is flat?
