Hey wasnβt that taken by nasa?
No DogeCam
What
Is that
first off there's a wacky lens effect going on there
and I haven't gotten a response on the quite clear not blurry picture from a satellite orbiting earth
SATELLITE ON A STRING: https://imgur.com/a/fNCXTE5
@void creature Yeah why do "satellites" need string to be pulled out of the airlock?
Alright, @void creature has been warned for '**Bad word usage**'.
Transmission antena
Or something
that's not a nasa graphic designer
You know what
All the earth pics are photoshopped
Y know why
Because
They had to take multiple pictures
Because the satellite is too close to see the full thing
So they then put the pictures next to eachother
That's true, they're only about 21km high
That is what they mean by stitched
The earth is not edited
The pictures are not manipulated
They are just placed next to eachother
Thats what they mean by photoshopped
@SquidKing ```The pictures are not manipulated``` π π π π π π π π π
Thats the blending
So it doesnβt look weird
And cut
Ever used a photo editing program before?
to take a full 360 of a globe you have to take multiple pictures
especially close to it
But if you're too close to the surface and you don't see curvature at balloon satellite elevations, how do you even know the floor is a globe?
...
did you see
