There's always wrecks down there. It's been getting worse each year. But most of the time it's pretty peaceful

I don't trust them to not intentionally or accidentally infect people with the test. But I also think that is a violation of your 4th amendment rights.

The gov has proven to be incompetent and untrustworthy. I will not consent to their test.

But that's just my opinion. Everyone should be allowed to choose if they want it or not.
