Since I've quit dipping I've gained 30lbs

I live at velma. Since I got out of the army I am way out of shape. Lol

Setting on my butt driving a truck most of the time

@Artemis I'm in Jennings and work at osu. What's your work schedule? I'd be down to start running again. May not be a daily thing bc of my back but I need to get back into shape.

I pretty much work most of the day from 8am until 9pm with a small break in the middle, so mornings are my best bet

Oh sweet. I'm at two, starting June, three jobs. As soon as i can get full time at my IT job I'll be dropping the others which should free up time at least

Not looking to run every day anyway. More like every other day to rest
