Incredibly good
I'm thinking... 18" barrel maybe. As I already have a 16" and 20"
13.9 p&w?
Eh 18 and 20 are so close together
^
I have a 11.5 as well. And a 7"
Nods
26" ar500 destroyer
X3
Well, the main thing is, my 20" is a thinner profile barrel. It's light, and really nice. But I'm thinking I was something with a little more beef for sustained fire.
Fightlite?
Just get an RPK or a M249 then
It's the 20" Faxon Gunner's Profile Barrel in 1:8
Fightlite would be cool if it cost half as much
Mmmm faxon makes me tingly
In a good or bad way?
Guud
I've bought a couple barrels from them.
Okay, good, lol.
They are my go-to for barrels.
I couldn’t get a dialed in handload that shot 1 MOA on the one I tried, and I haven’t given them another chance yet
Agreed. But yeah, it would be nice to get sub MOA of course. But I wanna build something that's just good for bad environements
My 16" faxon match barrel is about 0.8moa as long as you don't let it heat up
I mean they’re not mutually exclusive
Could do an m27iar inspired build, of course designing and building it better but with the same purpose
Binary trigger for shits and giggles
You mean the new standard infantry rifle 🤔
I'm not even sure. Is the IAR piston or normal gas?
Short stroke
Ahhh, got ya.
Short stroke piston is nice
I’m bout to snag a 416 upper kit
General idea is an intermediary between lmg's and regular rifles
Don’t get me started on how the IAR, while it’s a great rifle, it’s concept in the TO&E is nonsense
But the marine corps sneaky ass plan has always been to field that shit to every infantry marine as the standard rifle and then buy new SAW’s
Currently in phase 2 out of 3
If you have money burning a hole in your pocket there's the master of arms enyo
Hmmm, can you free-float a 416?
16" under 4 pounds
Oh wow, 4 pounds.
